If you have never experienced a skin care service- Depending on what you are receiving, expect lots of relaxation. Some clients might have mild redness from exfoliation or extractions, but very minimal. We use peels in some of our services, but do not expect to be excessively peeling for days as our peels are enzyme based and gentle. If you have never received a facial before and were experiencing congestion of the skin, be aware that break out is possible afterwards as your body removes toxins from the body. Be sure to drink plenty of water and continue a healthy diet for optimal skin results. We strongly recommend a facial every month for optimal results, up to 6 weeks for certain treatments. If you are someone who doesn't find the time monthly, come see us seasonally and let us get your skin on track at home by providing your skincare routine in the comfort of your home.

Waxing Services
Alopecia | Blepharitis | Contacts | Eye Sties | Light Sensitivity | Pregnant/Nursing | Thyroid Disease | Current Eye Irritation | Asthma | Claustrophobia | Diabetes | Heart Condition | Epilepsy | Sensitive Eyes | Herpes Outbreak | Back pain or back injury | Cold Sores | Migraines | Recent Surgery| Varicose Veins | STDs | Bell’s Palsy | Chemotherapy/ Radiation | Conjunctivitis (pink eye) | Intense Stress | High Blood Pressure |  Stroke/TIA | Do you use Retin-A or Accutane? | Do you go tanning (in salon, outdoor, or spray tan) Poor Circulation/Blood Clots | Exposed skin/wound
How to prepare for your waxing service and what to expect after.
-Please avoid heavy exercise, caffeine consumption or extremely stressful situations.
- Please have your questions or concerns ready for your technician so we can make your service as enjoyable as possible.
- If receiving body waxing such as brazillians, underarms, etc. please note that the hair does not need to be long to be removed, just long enough to lay flat once wax is layered on.
-You may mildly prepare the area with light exfoliation 24 hours prior (dry brushing is a great example). This will help prevent ingrown hairs.
- Please avoid waxing close to your menstrual cycle as this can heighten the sensitivity levels. If you must, we recommend taking something to lessen the pain.
- You might experience some redness and sensitivity afterwards. Products are applied throughout your waxing process to help limit these things from happening, however if you are new to waxing we recommend taking something for possible inflammation and possible pain.
- We do not recommend exfoliating the area for at least 48 hours after the service. Ingrown hairs can happen, especially when you have never waxed before. applying a warm towel on the area and regularly exfoliating can help loosen the follicle. Try not to pick at it and let your technician help at your appointment.
- To get into a waxing routine for the body we recommend every 4 weeks, clients will start to notice a change in their hair usually by the 3rd or 4th time waxing.
